- We currently ship within Pakistan only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

- Standard delivery: 2-7 business days depending on location.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, courier issues).

- Shipping fees vary based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment through the courier company’s website.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
- Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- RichMan is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may need to pay for reshipping.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may request photos of the damaged package for verification before processing a replacement or refund.
